What does a habilitation session involve? We work towards goals on the kiddo's IFSP/ISP goals, but I also target developmentally appropriate skills that fall under these categories:

WEST VALLEY HABILITATOR RESOURCE GROUP MONTHLY MEETING: Nov 24, 5:30pm-7:00pm.
Open to all habilitators regardless of agency affiliation! Our meetings are facilitated by Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and our recurring theme is "Teaching Replacement Behaviors." We also have time to share and put together materials for teaching various subjects/programs such as Stranger Danger, Daily Living Skills and Visual Supports.
Attendees are welcome to utilize our Toy Library which is growing by the week! :)
Meetings held at Bad Ass Coffee in Surprise, on Reems Rd between Bell and Greenway, on the East side of Reems.
