Surprise Kid's Yoga

Hello out there! My name is Leah, I have been providing ABA therapy for kids on the Spectrum for just over a year,I have been working in the early childhood education area for about 3 years now. I have a B.A. in French from King's College London, and I am currently working towards my M.Ed. in Special Education/Autism/Positive Behavior Support from Northern Arizona University. I am also accruing mentor ship hours to sit the national exam to become a  Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

I have been practicing yoga privately for 5 years, and I decided to pursue training in teaching yoga to children after I saw the positive effects of yoga on Neuro-typical children and Spectrum kiddo's alike! I completed Basics and Children Level 1 training at the Samarya Center for Integrative Movement Therapy and Astanga yoga in Seattle, WA. I also completed training through MiniYogis, based out of L.A., in Chicago in April 2008.
