Surprise Kid's Yoga

Practicing yoga is a time during which kids can have fun, build physical strength, flexibility and body awareness in a non-competitive and fun environment.

My name is Leah, and I am the instructor! I started offering yoga for kids when I was looking for community activities in which children could participate that were non-competitive and fostered a sense of self-awareness and respect for others.

Who Am I?

I am a wife and  new-mom! My husband is stationed at Luke serving his 6th year in the service.

   I am currently working on my M.Ed. in Special Education with specialization in Autism and Positive Behavior Support. I am employed through HOPE Group as a Lead Habilitator and Trainer as well as a habilitator.
